Job Description

What you'll do:

• Be a go-to HR advisor for regional and site leadership on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations


• Lead and coach a corporate HR Recruitment team who support field locations


• Own talent acquisition strategy for the network, including hiring plans for high-volume hourly roles and site leadership positions


• Manage complex employee relations cases- investigations, terminations, accommodations, with consistency and sound judgment


• Keep FMP compliant across multiple state and local employment laws


• Spot patterns across sites and bring systemic issues back to HR leadership to fix at the root, not case by case


• Support the rollout of new HR tools and processes, including manager self-service and training

What you bring:

• 
  

  8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading people



• 
  

  Experience supporting a multi-site, geographically distributed workforce from a corporate role, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or logistics backgrounds are a strong fit



• 
  

  Experience owning or closely partnering on talent acquisition, ideally for high-volume hourly/frontline hiring



• 
  

  Strong employee relations skillset, including investigations and complex case management



• 
  

  Working knowledge of employment law across multiple states



• 
  

  A track record of getting things done with a lean team and a lot of ground to cover



• 
  

  PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus
