What You'll Do
M.E.L Consulting specializes in sales and marketing.
We work as an authorized partner inside big box retail stores, where our team sells directly to customers face to face.
You will speak with customers, present products and services, answer questions, and generate sales inside our retail locations.
The Opportunity

We do not hire outside managers. We only promote managers from within . Our Management Trainee role is designed for people who want mentorship, clear expectations, and the opportunity to earn greater responsibility through performance.

Compensation
Employees are paid the greater of applicable hourly wages or earned commission.
Trainees and developing performers: typically $700 to $900 per week
Average performers: typically $1,000 to $1,500 per week
High performers: typically $1,500 to $2,500 per week
company bonus structures & Peak holiday seasons will increase these averages
No previous management experience is required
